We believe that the quality of the therapeutic relationship is an invaluable aspect of an effective psychotherapy experience. For that reason, we are committed to guiding you through the process of determining whether GreenMaze Telemental Health can help you meet your goals for growth. The first step is to contact our clinic by email or telephone. During that discussion, our office manager will discuss with you which services might address your concerns and, if indicated, pair you with one of our providers who can best meet your needs. At that point, an initial intake appointment will be scheduled to further explore your goals and expectations and to allow us to make a collaborative decision about working together.

Service Fees
For individual, family, and couples therapy with one of our psychologists, the hourly fee is $175. Group therapy is billed at $75 per hour. A written good faith estimate of expected charges is available upon request.
Insurance
GreenMaze Telemental Health operates on a fee-for-service basis and does not accept or bill insurance. Many insurance companies will authorize services for out-of-network providers or make an exception so that out-of-network providers can be seen in certain cases. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have your insurance company’s authorization prior to meeting with your provider.

Initiating Care
Initiating (or re-initiating) psychotherapy can be daunting, particularly if have not been happy with past psychotherapy experiences. Our team understands that, and we are committed to providing you with compassionate consultation during your initial intake session to determine whether GreenMaze Telemental Health is right for you.
